If I am a supplementary cardholder, can I use the Card On Net service?
Sorry, this service is only for principal and company staff cardholders. Supplementary cardholders are not eligible for this service.
When I logged on to the Card On Net service for the first time, I was asked to enter the ATM PIN and required to enter a new password. Can I continue to use the original ATM PIN during ATM transactions?
Yes. The passwords for the Card On Net service and the PIN for ATM service are independent of each other. The ATM PIN can only be changed through the 'Change PIN' function on the ATM. When you first log on to the Card On Net service, you need to use the ATM PIN for initial authentication. The new password you have confirmed will be used in the Card On Net service. For ATM service you must use your original ATM PIN.
If I have changed my password through the "Change Password" function on Card On Net, has my ATM PIN been changed at the same time? Also, if I have changed my ATM PIN, can I continue to use my existing password for Card On Net?
As mentioned above the passwords for Card On Net and the PIN for ATM service are independent. In both the above cases, changing one password or PIN does not affect the other.
I would like to use the Card On Net service but I have forgotten my ATM PIN, what can I do?
You may obtain a new Card On Net password for the sole purpose of accessing the Card On Net service. Please contact our Customer Service Representative at 2818 8236 for an "Instruction and Request Form for i-Banking (Card On Net)" or directly download it from our website. The form should be completed and returned to us for processing. A new Card On Net password will be mailed to you. Please use the logon function on the Card On Net webpage and follow the instructions for use.
I have erroneously entered the incorrect password three times and now I cannot log on to the Card On Net service. What can I do?
After three incorrect tries at entering your password, your access to the Card On Net service will be temporarily suspended. You may contact our Customer Service Representative at 2818 8236 for assistance or directly download an "Instruction and Request Form for i-Banking (Card On Net)" from our website. The form should be completed and returned to us for processing.
