- Range of Service
We act on behalf of the landlord to collect rental and pay the relevant government charges. Our service also includes payment of sundry expenses, repairs and maintenance of the property, arrangement of new tenancy and application for the refund of government charges.
- Account Opening Procedure
In appointing us as agent, the landlord has to sign the following documents:
- Application form
- Letter of appointment of agency
- Power of attorney
- Letter to be addressed to tenant informing the agency appointment
- Request form for settlement of the relevant government charges (i.e. rates, government rent and property tax) by the agent
- Instruction letter for fire insurance arrangement
- Representative Appointment Form
