Assistant Relationship Manager
Responsible for identifying customers' financial needs, providing professional advice on financial planning and assisting customers in execution of their plans, performing periodic reviews with customers as well as developing new customers and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

    • University graduates with relevant experience in selling wealth management and/or insurance products
    • Pass in IIQE & HKSI Examinations
    • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua
    • Sales and customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
    • Possession of CFPCM qualification a definite advantage

    (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Relationship Officer)

    Relationship Officer
    Responsible for providing quality services to customers, developing new customers and maintaining customer relationships

    Requirements:

    • Relevant experience in sales and / or customer service, preferably in financial institution
    • At least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including English Language and Mathematics
    • Pass in IIQE and HKSI examinations an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
    • Self-motivated, target-driven and client-focused

Securities Trading

Securities Trader
Responsible for trade execution and providing efficient and excellent services to customers

Requirements:

    • F.5 or above with HKSI Licensing qualification
    • Relevant experience in securities dealing an advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
    • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Commercial Banking

Assistant Relationship Manager
Responsible for providing a total financial solution to SMEs, exploring new business opportunities by marketing our Bank’s services and products to potential customers, maintaining and enhancing long-term customer relationships with SMEs

Requirements:

    • Post-secondary education with relevant credit and marketing experience in commercial banking
    • Familiar with current market environment in various industries
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
    • Sales and customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

      (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Relationship Officer)

Bank Operations

Clerk / Teller
Responsible for providing administrative support in departments or branches / providing counter services and cross-selling bank products in branches

Requirements:

    • At least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including English Language and Mathematics
    • PC knowledge, including MS Word and Excel

Information Technology

Programmer
Responsible for systems design, software development, programming and testing

Requirements:

    • University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines with 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in the banking industry
    • Proficiency in IBM Mainframe COBOL/CICS programming an advantage
    • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Programmer Trainee)
