    Teller
    Responsible for providing counter services and cross-selling banking products in branches.

    Requirements:

    • F.5 or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including English Language and Mathematics
    • 1 year's experience in counter services preferred
    • Customer-oriented with good communication skills, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua and knowledge of Shanghainese would be an advantage
    • PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

    Clerk
    Responsible for providing administrative support in departments or branches.

    Requirements:

    • F.5 or above with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE, including Chinese and English Language
    • Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
    • PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

Information Technology

Programmer
Responsible for handling software system developments including systems design, programming and testing.

Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
    • Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in Java, Web technology, AIX, DB2/Oracle
    • Knowledge in COBOL/CICS and MQ an advantage
    • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Programmer Trainee)

Retail Banking

    Assistant Relationship Manager – Retail Banking
    Responsible for providing full range of personal financial services to achieve business targets; acquiring and cultivating new and existing customer relationship in accordance with the branch target segments; leading and developing a sales team to support the business with the aim to maximize the satisfaction level of customers.

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder with professional qualifications such as CFPCM, CFMP or CFA an advantage
    • 3 years' solid sales experience in full range of wealth management products with proven sales track record
    • Relevant Individual / Licensed Representative for Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities, and pass in IIQE Examination
    • Excellent knowledge of banking products including insurance and investment products such as unit trusts, bonds and treasury products
    • Sales and customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
    • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; preferably with proficiency in Putonghua and knowledge of Shanghainese an added advantage

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Relationship Officer)

Relationship Officer – Retail Banking
Responsible for promoting wealth management and insurance products in branch network, providing excellent service and professional advice on financial planning to existing and new customers, and cultivating long term customer relationships.

Requirements:

    • Post-secondary education with 1 year's relevant experience in financial industry
    • Passes in IIQE and HKSI licensing examinations preferred
    • Customer and sales oriented with strong sense of responsibility
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua and knowledge of Shanghainese an added advantage
