Career Progression |
Under this
programme, trainees will be assigned to specialize in one
of the following business units:
- Retail Banking
- Commercial Banking
- Securities Trading
- Bank Operations

Training and Mentoring |
Trainees will receive extensive training
from our professional training centre. We offer abundant training
resources for your continuous development needs. You will
gain a wide exposure to the financial industry and in-depth
banking knowledge through comprehensive functional competency
training programmes and on-the-job coaching.
Each trainee will have a mentor who provides professional
guidance and support throughout the programme. You will benefit
most from the valuable advice of our experienced mentor.

Requirements |

- University graduates in any discipline with no more than
2 years of working experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably
with proficiency in Putonghua
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong passion in the banking industry with good business
sense
- Mature, positive and confident
