All Principal Cardholders and Company Staff Cardholders are welcomed to enjoy this free-of-charge service. For first-time users, just press the "logon" button below with your Credit Card number and the related ATM PIN on hand and then follow the instruction.

	Reminders on first time logon

1. For first time logon, please input credit card related ATM PIN as password for initial authentication
2. The new password confirmed by you during logon will then be used for future logon
3. For ATM service of your credit card, you must use your original ATM PIN
4. If you forgot ATM PIN, please download Instruction & Request Form for i-Banking - Card On Net, check 3(c) "Reissue password", sign and return to any one of our branches or Credit Card Service Department at the following address:

Procedure to redeem is easy and convenient

1. After successful logon, please click [Gift Redemption Request] under [Customer Services]
   
2. 2.1 Select [Fill in bonus point redemption form] and click [Continue] if you would like to redeem gifts directly without viewing the gift catalogue
   2.2 Select [View bonus point redemption catalogue by category and redeem gift] and click [Continue] if you would like to redeem gifts and view the gift catalogue by category
   2.3 Select [View bonus point redemption catalogue by bonus point range and redeem gift] and click [Continue] if you would like to redeem gifts and view the gift catalogue by bonus point range
   2.4 Select [Fill in Travel & Flight Dollar redemption form] and click [Continue] if you would like to redeem Travel & Flight Dollar
   
3. Input [Order Quantity], select redemption centre if necessary, leave us your [Day-time Contact Tel. No.], and click [Submit]
   
4. Verify information on the confirmation page and click [Confirm] to confirm the transaction or [Cancel] to rectify any discrepancies
