Cardholder can withdraw local currency and inquire balance at PLUS and/or JETCO ATMs. Cardholder may make fund transfer, deposit, MPF, statement/cheque book requisition and also pay utility bills by using the Jet Payment service at local JETCO ATM and settle purchase payment through the EPS network.

UnionPay HKD Shacom Card

Cardholder can withdraw local currency and inquire balance at UnionPay and/or JETCO ATMs. Cardholder may make fund transfer, deposit, MPF, statement/cheque book requisition and also pay utility bills by using the Jet Payment service at local JETCO ATM and settle purchase payment through the EPS network. Cardholder can also use the card at UnionPay merchants for purchase settlements everywhere around the world.

UnionPay RMB Shacom Card
|

|
With RMB/HKD dual currency accounts, Cardholder may withdraw cash or inquire balance of the RMB saving account at any UnionPay ATM in the Mainland or at our ATM, or make purchase payment at any UnionPay merchants in the Mainland China without incurring any exchange cost. Cardholder may also use the card at JETCO ATM and EPS network with transactions charging to the HKD account.

This service is applicable to the above three types of Shacom Cards, SCB HKD Credit Card and JETCO HKD ATM Cards. Details please refer to the Network Service Chart below. The maximum amount per withdrawal at our ATM is RMB 2,000.

Security Advice
Protect your card and ATM PIN against loss or theft. In case of loss, theft or misuse, please report immediately to our 24 hours Lost Card Hotline 2855 8887 and the police, if necessary. Never use easily accessible information such as birthday, identity card or phone number as your ATM PIN. Do not use your ATM PIN for accessing other services (e.g. internet/ websites). Never disclose your ATM PIN to anyone including police or bank staff. Do not write your ATM PIN on the card or on anything kept near it. Cover the keypad whenever you enter your ATM PIN.
