Requirements:

Assistant Relationship Manager, Commercial & Retail Lending
Responsibilities:

Senior Officer, Branch Operations (Branches / Relief Team)
Responsibilities:
- Perform relief duties in branches and assist in overseeing counter services and back office administration to ensure proper service delivery and processing
- Check and verify various transactions, clearing and account matters
- Ensure accurate balances of the counters and the procedural propriety of all transactions
- Perform administrative duties and act as the secondary custodian of international money orders, traveller checks, gift checks, safe deposit box and other transactional products, including ATM card, credit card, deposits, gold bar/coin, remittance, etc.
- Monitor service performance of counter service staff and provide appropriate assistance whenever required
- Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and refer potential business opportunities to branch sales
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of branch operations experience on counter transaction, cash management, account opening, and AML reporting in the banking industry preferably with supervisory experience
- Passes in HKSI & IIQE licensing examinations preferred, but not a must
- Sound knowledge of branch operations, with good compliance and control sense
- Strong people and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
Relationship Manager, Investment & Insurance Services
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial solutions to customers to achieve business targets on wealth management (investment & insurance)
- Identify customer needs through financial analysis and portfolio review
- Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities through marketing and cross-selling bank products and services
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business/Finance or related discipline, professional qualification of ECF-RWM is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in promoting the full range of wealth management products including both investment and insurance products
- Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance and investment
- Self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing

Assistant Relationship Manager, Securities Services
Responsibilities:
- Execute securities trade orders at Securities Hotline Centre or branches
- Provide efficient and excellent services to customers
- Solicit business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products
- Acquire and cultivate new and existing customer relationship in accordance with the branch target segments
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business/Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of securities dealing experience in financial industry
- Completed HKSI examinations and qualified to register for RA1 & 4 would be a plus
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
(Fresh university graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered as Relationship Officer, Securities Services)
Relationship Officer, Commercial & Retail Lending
Responsibilities:
- Explore new business opportunities in areas of lending and trade financing
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals
- Handle account opening and provide sales support
- Cross-sell general banking products
- Assist in bills / loans administration in Commercial Business
- Provide quality customer services
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Banking & Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience is preferred
- Fresh graduate in Business or related disciplines is also welcome
- Familiar with current market environment in various industries
- Self-motivated, target-driven and client-focused
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
Senior Teller / Relief Senior Teller
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer services through counter transactions
- Establish and cultivate relationship with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services
Requirements:
- Post-secondary educated or above with minimum 1 year of counter service or customer service experience
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
- Detail conscious with strong customer service sense and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing

Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality counter service
- Handle account opening and provide service support
- Meet financial services needs of customers by identifying opportunities and cross-selling banking products and services
Requirements:
- Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin an advantage
