Regarding the security measures of registering Mobile Security Token in "Shacom Bank"

Starting from 26 September 2025, to strengthen security measures for protecting our customers, if you are aged 18 or above and opened your account using HKID, you will be required to verify your identity using your HKID and a selfie when registering for the "Mobile Security Token" via "Shacom Bank" mobile App. Once the Mobile Security Token is successfully activated, you will be able to log in and use personal mobile banking services (including high-risk transactions). If you used other identification documents for account opening, you can still verify your identity and register for the "Mobile Security Token" using the "SMS OTP". However, after successful registration, high-risk transaction services will be temporarily suspended. You must first call our Customer Service Hotline or visit our branches to verify identity in order to perform high risk transactions of Personal Internet/Mobile Banking. Please update "Shacom Bank" mobile App to the latest version to enjoy an enhanced experience.
