Promo

1. The promotion period is from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
2. Customer shall satisfy the eligibility criteria and has submitted all required documents or information. The account opening and loan services are subject to applicable terms and conditions.
3. Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited (the "Bank") reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this promotion and the relevant offer and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. The above products, services and offers are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant promotion materials or contact the Bank's branch staff.
5. The offers are only applicable to new small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) customers who have successfully applied for business account through SME Online Onboarding and Loan Application Platform, which is launched by the Bank during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customers").
6. The offers are only applicable to SMEs customers who have not maintained any business account with the Bank during the past 12 months from the date of account opening.

Account Opening Triple Privileges:

1. Eligible Customers can enjoy the following privileges upon account opening:
   1. Account opening fee waiver*(valued at HK$1,000)
   2. Below balance service fee waiver for the first year (valued at HK$720)
   3. A 50% discount on inward remittance charges within 180 calendar days from successful account opening. No limit on the number of the transactions, with the maximum rebate amount is capped at HKD 6,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency.
      * A HK$150 Company Search Fee is charged for each business account application, regardless of the result of the application.
2. Eligible Customers must first pay the applicable handling fees for inward remittance transactions (if any).
3. The "Inward Remittance 50% Discount offer" will be credited as follows:

4. Supported remittance currencies include HKD, CNY, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY, CHF and SGD.
5. The offers are only applicable to the handling fees charged by the Bank to the Eligible Customers but not to the handling fees to be borne by any third parties.
6. The rebate amount will be credited to the Eligible Customer's HKD Current Savings Account/ HKD Checking Account.
7. To calculate the rebate amount, the Bank will convert the transaction handling fee into HKD at the Bank's prevailing exchange rate according to the relevant transaction date and time in the Bank's record.
8. The Bank has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of customers and the transactions for this offer based on the Bank's records.
9. Eligible Customers' bank accounts must be valid and with good standing before the Rebate Credit Date in order to be eligible for the fee discount.
10. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this promotion and the offer.
11. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
