Upgrade Security Measures for Personal Internet/Mobile Banking Login
To further safeguard your account security, starting from today, you will be required to use either a physical "Security Device" or "Mobile Security Token" as a two-factor authentication method to login Personal Internet/Mobile Banking Services1, while SMS OTP will be fully replaced. If you are unable to use either of these methods at that time, you will not be able to access your Personal Internet/Mobile Banking.
Log in to Personal Internet Banking using a physical "Security Device" or "Mobile Security Token".

The bank also add a cooling-off period protection. After resetting your internet banking password2, you will enter a 24 hour cooling-off period which no high-risk transactions can be conducted to ensure the account security.
Remarks:
1 Customers must use either a physical "Security Device" or "Mobile Security Token" to logon Personal Internet Banking. For Personal Mobile Banking, logon must be authenticated by "Mobile Security Token".
2 Includes resetting internet banking passwords through electronic identity verification, iAM Smart, or by using an ATM / credit card number.
