• Diagnose business pain points across branches and front-line sales, design end-to-end process improvements and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects to empower front-line sales to capture opportunities and boost acquisition productivity.
• Assist on MIS design, requirements, and system implementation to define branches performance data and shape requirements for reporting and management dashboards.

• Perform relief duties in branches (Relief Team only) and assist in overseeing counter services and back office administration to ensure proper service delivery and processing
• Check and verify various transactions, clearing and account matters
• Ensure accurate balances of the counters and the procedural propriety of all transactions
