Paofoong Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited ("Paofoong Insurance") was established in Shanghai in 1931 and has been rooted in Hong Kong since 1949. Paofoong Insurance has been serving the customers of Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited ("SCB") for more than half a century. Paofoong Insurance provides a wide range of general insurance products including Contractor's All Risks insurance, Employees' Compensation insurance, Group Medical insurance, Travel and Home insurance to all commercial and individual clients. Paofoong Insurance is an authorised insurer and regulated by the Insurance Authority.

An acknowledgement shall be issued by Paofoong Insurance within 3 working days upon the receipt of the complaint. A reply shall be delivered within 14 working days. All information will be treated as strictly confidential.
