You can view e-Statements via Shacom Personal Internal Banking anytime, anywhere. You can view up to 7 years of past e-Statements (including Securities Account Monthly e-Statements) and 90 days of past Securities Account Daily e-Statements.

Credit Card cardholders will receive an email notification before the credit card Latest Payment Date.^
E-statement application flow:
For sole account, you can logon Personal Internet Banking or "Shacom Bank" mobile App, and go to "Statement - Enroll / Cancel e-Statement" to enroll or cancel e-Statement Service for your accounts registered in i-Banking service.
If you have never registered Personal Internet Banking service, please visit any of our branches to apply for our Personal Internet Banking service before the registration of e-Statement service. You can register and access Personal Internet Banking service by your credit card but need to use your ATM PIN. Click here

Default e-Statement Service
To support environmental protection and reduce paper consumption, effective from 1 November 2023, the existing and newly opened credit card cardholders (including all Shanghai Commercial Bank Credit Card and Co-Branded Credit Cards, but excluding Business and Corporate Credit Card) who registered Personal Internet Banking will be automatically registered for e-Statement Service. Default e-Statement service may also be extended to other accounts such as Savings, Current, and Securities of the Bank in future.
- Effective from 1 November 2023, credit card paper statement fee HK$5 will be charged per month per account.
- Credit Card Paper Statement Fee is not applicable to customers: (1) aged below 18 or aged 65 and above, (2) recipients of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance and (3) recipients of Government Disability Allowance. Under (2) or (3) circumstances, customer should submit
the application form
or relevant proof for Fee waiver or contact our Credit Card Customer Hotline at (852) 2818 8236 for enquiry.
- You can change the setting online from time to time. If you would like to keep receiving paper statements, please log in to your Personal Internet Banking and select "Statement – Enroll / Cancel e-Statement" to update the setting. Please note that fees may be involved to resume paper statement for designated accounts. For enquiries, please contact the Bank for details.

^Effective from 1 November 2023, the Bank will change paper statement to e-Statement for all credit card cardholders who have registered for Personal Internet Banking. The Bank will send email notifications when e-Statement is ready and before the Latest Payment Date. The Bank reserves the right to amend or terminate the email notification service without prior notice. You are encouraged to check regularly for the latest credit card e-Statement at Personal Internet Banking.
