Account Opening

To open a securities account, customers can apply online or visit our headquarters or any of our branches. You will have to complete and sign the Securities Account Mandate and other related documents, and the following documents are required:

Personal / Joint Account

Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card or passport for all account holders
Employer's letter of consent (if any account holder is employed by a securities investment firm)
Proof of address for all the account holders

Corporate Account

Certified Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card or passport for the shareholder(s), director(s) and authorised signatory(ies)
Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association or Articles of Association
Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
Certified Copy of Business Registration Certificate (if any)
