Rental Collection Service

We offer one-stop rental collection services which collect rents and pay the relevant government charges on behalf of the owner. Our other services include paying sundry expenses, repairs and maintenance fees for the property on behalf of the owner, arrangement of new tenancy and application for refunds of government charges.

Account Opening Procedure

To appoint us as agent, the owner has to sign the following documents to open an account. The appointment service will be valid after we verify the ownership and rental details of the property.

Documents needed for account opening:

Application form
Letter of appointment of agency
Power of attorney
Letter to be addressed to the tenant informing him/her of the agency appointment
Request form for settlement of the relevant government charges (i.e. rates, government rent and property tax) by the agent
Instruction letter for fire insurance arrangement
Representative appointment form
