Can I deactivate push notification of Shacom Pay mobile App?
Notification messages will be sent to you through Shacom Pay mobile application from time to time for alerting you on any security or precautionary measures as deemed necessary. Such messages will be deemed having reached you simultaneously after successfully sent and therefore effective.

You are required to enable notification of Shacom Pay mobile application to ensure you can receive aforementioned alert messages.
How can I ensure the security of my Shacom Pay?
You should not share your identity and your mobile device installed with Shacom Pay mobile application with others. And after logging in Shacom Pay, should not leave your mobile device unattended.

To protect yourself, please avoid using the same password that you use to access other systems (including but not limited to Internet banking and ATM) as your Mobile PIN or any easy-to-guess Mobile PIN.

What should I do if I suspect my mobile device has been hacked?
If you suspect your mobile device has been hacked, you should stop using Shacom Pay in that device and uninstall the mobile application immediately. You are also highly recommended to change your Mobile PIN during re-registering for Shacom Pay in the new device.

You should timely check Shacom Pay SMS and push notifications and verify your transaction records to keep aware if there is any unusual transaction. Please report to the Bank immediately if you notice any unusual transaction.

What is the maximum number of transactions kept within Shacom Pay App
You can view transactions within the latest 36 months.

All completed transaction(s) will also be recorded in your bank statement.
What should I do if I forget my Mobile PIN?
If you forget your Mobile PIN, you can tap the link "Forget PIN " in Shacom Pay to reset Mobile PIN.
What should I do if I lost my mobile device with Shacom Pay registered?
If you lost your phone, please contact the Bank's Customer Service Hotline immediately to report the loss.

Upon receiving your loss report, the Bank will suspend your Shacom Pay service.
