What should I do if I forget my User ID?
If you are an Authorizer or Operator, please contact your Administrator.
Administrator can logon to Corporate Internet Banking and check the User ID via "Settings > Normal User Settings".

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are an Authorizer or Operator, please contact your Administrator to re-issue a new logon password.
Administrator can logon to Corporate Internet Banking and select "Settings > Normal User Settings". Then select "User ID", click "Modify" and update "Password Serial No." to re-issue new logon password for Authorizer or Operator. The spare passwords for Authorizer and Operator should be issued by account domicile branch when applying Corporate Internet Banking services. If all spare passwords issued earlier have been used, please contact your account domicile branch for application.
If you are an Administrator, please visit your account domicile branch to re-issue a new Password.
