Anti-Malware Security Measures For Android Device

To safeguard customers' bank account, starting from 28 March 2024, our Bank will begin to add new security measures to the Android versions of Shacom Bank App/ Shacom Pay App/ Shacom Business App to prevent criminals from stealing personal information or harming your device through malware.

When our Bank detects that any Apps has been granted excessive permissions (such as Accessibility Settings or Full Control) on the customer's device, the access will be suspended from that device of our Bank.

To continue using our Bank Apps (Shacom Bank, Shacom Pay and Shacom Business), please turn off the accessibility setting of the suspicious Apps (Go Device settings > Accessibility) or delete the suspicious Apps.

Regarding the update for the above security measures, customers are required to update the Shacom Bank, Shacom Pay and Shacom Business mobile App (iOS & Android) to the latest version to continue using the service.
